Due to the high demand for the Mini Smile Makeover courses we need to make the cancellation policy as fair as possible to all the delegates.

Therefore the following rules will apply dependant on the timing of cancellation:

• If over 30 days till the event: Tickets can be cancelled for a full refund.
• If within 30 days of the event: No refunds given. Option to reschedule to another event subject to availability (fee of £150 applies)
• If within 7 days of the event: No refunds given. Option to reschedule to another event subject to availability (fee of £500 applies)
